purestone
I recently installed a Amd FX8350 in my motherboard and all my memory and driving timings changed. It caused problems especially while gaming. Can anyone please tell me why this new Cpu would do that to my memory? Synthohol
anytime you replace hardware you should reset the BIOS to defaults then enable the eXtreme Memory Profile manually and dont forget the voltage. also fwiw, it appears you have combined 2 sticks from different packages, this is not officially supported for reasons listed in the links in my sig. are they at least the same version? The memory sticks are the same. When I load the bios defaults it still changes the all memory timings to 11,11,11,28 when they should be 9,9,9,24 . I can't remember the rest of the memory timings and driving settings.
peanutz94
When you load BIOS defaults it will reset your entire system. You'll need to reset your memory
