AsAufMe
I've tried to create a ticket on the Corsair site about this but the website is refusing to submit. If I select the problem description concerning fan speed the submit button is removed :S If I select an other problem description the submit button is there but nothing happens if I click it. After about 10 tries and 1 hour of lost time I've given up to create a ticket, so below the ticket description on this forum: I've bought a TX750W PSU in June 2009. A long time ago I noticed the PSU fan keeps running after I've powered down the system. I didn't think of it as a real problem then but now the fan makes an (irritating) audible sound, which is unacceptable when the system is turned off. The only way to stop the fan is unplug the line power cable. Is there any method to change this so that the fan stops running if the PC is turned off? Thanks in advance for your response. AsAufMe
Thanks for your response Peanutz94. However, the link to the left to request an RMA brings me to the site that doesn't function. I tried it again 2 minutes ago and the submit button disappears when I select that my problem is FAN related. If I select an other problem the submit button is there but nothing happens when I click it. The site is broken.
Synthohol
you can make any selection that works. what is more important is you specify the correct issue in the comments section. this should override any selection on the form. also type your complete contact details in the comments section as well so they can contact you if further clarification is needed. good luck! post your case/rma# here once you are issued one please. AsAufMe
It looks like the problem is/was browser related. I was using IE11 and it brought me to the "Ask a Question"-page automatically after I filled the RMA form. I couldn't complete the "Ask a Question"-page since the submit button didn't work. I installed Chrome and tried again. Now, after filling in the RMA form, i was sent to a page to select between handling priority (standard/express). I've got a ticket now and will edit it with additional info. (#6304094)
