camo_billbine
I am trying to rma an H100, but I seem to have lost the plastic cover for the pump. Can I still send the H100 for the rma or will it be refused? Perhaps packaging the pump with some other material to avoid damage. Any help would be appreciated. Unfortunately , no. How did you loose the plastic cover? Or more importantly, how did it come off?
wytnyt
if it came off, wouldnt it be inside the computer case?, in any event, you can submit a rma but i agree with peanuts,it will likely be refused...
camo_billbine
Unfortunately , no. How did you loose the plastic cover? Or more importantly, how did it come off? I was talking about the clear plastic that the h100 pump is packaged in, not the actual pump housing. The clear plastic that comes taped on the contact surface of the copper plate. Sorry for the confusion on the matter.

It's just a protective cover for the pre-applied thermal paste.
