jesses88 Posted December 6, 2013 Share Posted December 6, 2013 Without realizing it, I entered the wrong item number when getting an RMA for my DOA refurbished H60 (I put it as a new one). I selected the express option, so it's already charged me for this. I've tried calling and made a ticket ~10 minutes after the RMA was requested, trying to get it canceled, but I've yet to have a response and now it's shipped. Is there any thing I can do about this? What would happen if I sent the refurb back? Would I just get charged the difference? If I just give up and don't send anything back, will I just get charged the $56.00 that it already posted, or more? Sorta angry/disappointed that I did not get a response back to cancel it.
