DaVeX
I sent my HX650W to Corsair as RMA and they sent me a brand new HX650. The first one was an 80 PLUS Bronze, the new one is an 80 PLUS Gold, and this is ok (i am happy of this), but wich differences there re between the two models? I lost 2 PCI-E connectors and 1 SATA connector, so i lost the support to dual gpu?
JKeifer
Yup, looks like you lost some connectors. You may need an adapter such as this if you want to run dual PCI-E graphics cards: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/8251/cab-147/6_Pin_PCI-Express_to_Dual_PCI-Express_62pin_Y-Cable.html?tl=g2c413s427
DaVeX
Exactly...and a sata port too. If i use an adapter, i will have the necessary power?
peanutz94
Yes, you will still have the necessary power as long as the cards don't need more than the PSU can supply.

DaVeX
Sorry guys, i just received the new PSU two month ago tanks to RMA. Now it starts to buzz, nomatter if under load or pc is off, the noise still persist to stop it i have to unplug power cable. If i have to change it (again) i have to send it again? Even if the RMA product was defective?
peanutz94
Reply to your ticket and lket them know the replacement is defective. Be sure to ask for pre-paid shipping label too. Corsair will cover the costs on second RMA's
