I've made multiple requests for updates and have not heard anything from Corsair since the 18th of November. justinpopa Posted December 9, 2013 Author Share Posted December 9, 2013 So they never confirmed for me that they received it, nor did they acknowledge why it was taking so long. However, I received an email from them on Saturday stating that they had just sent a package to me with a tracking number. It hasn't shown up on UPS tracking yet, and I'm not holding my breath.
