woomba Posted December 4, 2013 Share Posted December 4, 2013 Hi, After creating a couple of tickets and sending an email to support without any response, I guess have to to take my problems with the Corsair support to this forum: Nov 20 - Placed an order (# 2600070380). Nov 27 - Sent an email to Corsair support asking about the status of my order - no response. Nov 27 - Created a ticket (# 6280279). Nov 29 - Placed a second order (# 2600071234). Dec 03 - Updated my ticket (# 6280279). So far I haven't heard anything and I didn't get any status update on my orders either. It's been two weeks since I placed my first order.
