avbd
I would say that's about right. Are you using push/pull with two fans? Or are you pushing air through the radiator and out of the case?

Im using atm 3 fans in my case 2 from the H70 and 1 fan infront of the case i had a 200mm fan for on the top of my case but it didnt fit so i have to buy a 2 smaller fans for my sidepanel and roof of the case And what do you think my idle would be if i overclock this cpu to like 3.5/4ghz
avbd
Another 10 degrees maybe? Honestly I don't know because it depends on a few factors. I would just overclock, make sure it's stable, then see what happens. I also remember getting like 30-35 idle with just an aftermarket air cooler on my old builds. Maybe make sure you have your fans installed correctly on your radiator? I still feel like that's high for an idle temperature, but I could be wrong. Atm playing a MMORPG and it used to be 60°C (Stock cooler) while playing it now it stays around 45/47 same while playing skyrim on max settings under 60% load And checked again the fans on the radiator are pulling air through the radiator into the case but like i said before i have atm no fans pulling air out the case

I don't reach those kinds of idle temps with a 4.5ghz overclock. But that is more than likely attributed to your lack of case fans. Your board temp is also a little on the high side at 40c. but again, i would think this goes back to your fan issue.
