Toasted
Did you buy the item new or second hand? If second hand, unfortunately, the warranty is not transferable. If you bought it new, post your ticket# here and upload the invoice/receipt to the ticket.

Administrators Technobeard Posted December 5, 2013 Administrators Share Posted December 5, 2013 Unfortunately like Toasted said the warranty is not transferable, so if it was purchased (even new) from another end user, it would not have a warranty. Baggy2-14
it said on the listing i had warrenty and toasted didnt say that. He said if it was brourght second hand the warrenty not transferble read. I have not wasted £109 on a idem that has only lasted me a year my old headphones have lasted me longer than that and they are 3 years old they only cost me a fiver but sound is not as good. Administrators Technobeard Posted December 6, 2013 Administrators Share Posted December 6, 2013 It doesn't matter what the listing says as an end user cannot dictate our warranty policy. Having said that, based upn the removed invoice it looks like you purchased it from a UK retailer who was selling on eBay. I would recommend responding to your ticket and attaching a copy of the retail receipt from them so that it can be looked into.
