tastyhouse
So the blue and red LEDs failed in my first H100i, and the blue failed in my second H100i. Just RMA'ed and am waiting to install another one yet again. I wouldn't mind so much if it wasn't such a pain in the *** to replace the cpu cooler having to clean the CPU etc. I know I'm being neurotic but it bothers me knowing that the LEDs don't work. What is the problem with these things? How difficult is it to have working lights?
avbd
I'm in the same boat. The led's in my first unit started to flicker constantly and I noticed idle temps slowly increasing over the period of a month from 20 to 40. I just opened my replacement unit an hour ago and the plastic bag holding the pump/radiator was full of coolant and everything was wet. So now I get another new unit in a couple days. I agree that it's frustrating, but this is the only piece of equipment I've ever had to return to Corsair in about 10 years of using their products, so I suppose it could be worse. I feel your pain though, hang in there! Although, if a Corsair rep reads this, I would love to keep the fans from this busted replacement unit since I never called to get new fans shipped to me when my first unit came with the dreaded 3-pin fans. :)
