Cannot Contact Tech Support for RMA issue

I have been trying to get through to tech support all day and even left a message with no call returned yet. I put in RMA ticket # 6288926 for a HX850 power supply. One of the SATA lines fried my hard drive, Blu-Ray burner, and DVD burner. I filled out the RMA for the power supply but want to add a damage claim to the RMA for the parts the PSU fried. I spoke with the customer service people but they just transferred me to tech support which never goes through.:mad:

Tendrils, sorry your having trouble getting through. Corsair is coming off of a long weekend with the Thanksgiving Holiday so they are going to be behind. Calls and RMA's are handled in the order they are recieved, so it could be a day or so before they catch up.

 

However you can simply log back into your RMA ticket and ask them for one that way too.
