ZackBennett
I have both the m90 and m95 mice. Both have defective scroll wheels. I start to scroll up on a page and the scroll wheel bugs out and throws me down to the bottom of the page. It's almost as if the scroll wheel is fighting me while I'm trying to scroll up. This is a very common problem with these mice, both my friend and myself have had this problem for a total of three mice. My m90 was rejected for RMA on this issue a while ago and it's now out of warranty and my m95 has the scroll issue, but it's not yet as bad as the m90 which is unusable. Corsair is usually my number one choice for everything, I have an 800D, 500R, H series coolers, and ram. I always recommend Corsair to everyone due to the outstanding build quality and sturdiness of your products. But I really can't deal with these mice any more. The ergonomics on the m90-95 are the best I have ever felt and it's a shame that they constantly end up broken for me as I have a hard time using anything else. Everything works on the mice other than the scroll wheels. Thanks, - Zack

peanutz94
Hmm, that's very strange because RMA's are auto approved by computer. Everyone who applies for one that is within the warranty period is granted one unless there are a few extenuating circumstances like you were not the original owner or something like that. Who and why did they tell you you couldn't RMA them? Are you in the states? Sorry for all the questions. I'm just trying to figure out why you were denied your RMA that you shouldn't have been. Go ahead and request an RMA for the M95.
