ShavedApe Posted November 30, 2013 Share Posted November 30, 2013 Im a little concerned that my RMA was automatically approved I was going to ask since this is the third headset I have had to send back that you consider helping me with postage but I didnt even get to leave a comment. Im pleased the RMA was approved but I would appreciate some help with the postage. I went back to the ticket and added the RMA numbers of previous headsets but since its already approved I am wondering if anyone will even see my comment. ShavedApe Posted December 6, 2013 Author Share Posted December 6, 2013 Its been 4 days and no update on this one could I please ask someone looks into this for me I appreciate your probably busy but right now I have a broken rather expensive headset and its not for the first time either. You can call them using Skype by calling their toll-free number. I know I can but since I tried that already and also the live chat and didn't get through, plus the fact I am 8 hours ahead. I thought I would ask someone that works for corsair to look into it for me here on these forums since this is Corsair's forum and they do actually have people that work for them here on these forums.
