Byyys Posted November 30, 2013 Share Posted November 30, 2013 I've a question about a return product. bought the Corsair Vengence 1500 USB Headset a few months back, maybe about 6months ago. Recently the wire has become lose by the mute button half way down the lead, and the sound is very low and only 1 side of the headset works. not sure how it became lose in the first place! :sigh!: can someone tell me is this covered in a replacement product? see pic below.
