quikstryke
So My wife bought me a M90 last xmas. We moved shortly after so I never opened it. Last night after Thanksgiving I was unpacking an office box I found in the garage and found the mouse still new in the package. I was super excited as it happened to be my birthday. I opened the package, shut off my computer plugged in the mouse and turned the comp on. no mouse detected, no power to the mouse. my Logitech works in the same usb port. when the corsair is plugged in the bios doesn't see a mouse either. I downloaded the software for the mouse and still nothing, no lights nada.. Any suggestions? This is my first run with the m90, my bother had to send 1 back and my best friend had to send 2 different ones back. Is this just a bad product or really bad luck? Any help would be great! Toasted
It sounds like the mouse is a DOA. Request an RMA to replace the mouse. (Two year warranty from purchase date).

Toasted
An RMA replaces the faulty item you send to them. You can contact customer service and ask about it.
