sefog Posted November 29, 2013 Share Posted November 29, 2013 I shipped my headset to Corsair on the 08/11/13 and have heard nothing back from Corsair, also on the ticket page, I cannot see any status to see if corsair has received my faulty part or not, nor any way to check the RMA status.
