ufoblue Posted November 29, 2013 Share Posted November 29, 2013 Hi all. I bought a Corsair 120mm Hydro Series H80i from Amazon and it was brand new sealed. I opened it up for my build and noticed the front was missing. the front face saying CORSAIR its exposed showing the inside of the actually board etc... What can I do? clearly someone who packed it etc did not do a good job. The item is BRAND NEW, I opened the box and it was missing the front face etc... I been approved RMA but I shouldn't have to pay postage when the part was manufactured/packed in like this. I won't get an email back or nothing!! THIS is so FRUSTRATING!!!! I bought a BRAND NEW ITEM and it came packed with the top missing exposing the electricals in a dangerous way and still no one cares!! I want my item picked up free and sorted.
