Serious error with rebate system

I purchased a Corsair TX650 V2 on the 27th from Newegg and I tried to do the 20 dollar rebate at http://www.corsairrebates.com, But upon entering the promo code CM13-5499 I get a message saying "

We?re sorry we are unable to complete the rebate offer you selected as it is not offered in this country. Please confirm you chose the correct country in which you reside and search again.

 

If your offer just started today, please check back in 24 hours and enter the offer number again.

 

If the "postmark by" date has already passed, that rebate is ineligible for submission based on the terms of the promotion.

 

If you have attempted the search more than once, click here to be connected to a Web Chat Agent for assistance.

 

So I tried again today 24 hours later and still no success. So I tried the same process on a bunch of other corsair products for their rebates and they all have the same error Saying that the rebate is not valid in my country. I live in the united states and im pretty sure it was advertised that it was valid in the united states. I would like to know if corsair knows about this problem and is fixing it or if its just me. Thank you everyone

 

So just to make the problem clear, It appears as though it is curently impossible to register any rebate at http://www.corsairrebates.com on any corsair product.

I just purchased a Carsair 400R case this morning from Newegg and I'm having the exact same problem with redeeming my rebate. When I enter my rebate code (CM13-5499) I get the following:

Just posting to say this is also effecting me but in Canada. Girlfriend and I purchased a few corsair products on black friday, and all the rebates are returning the same "not available in your country" response. The rebate was being offered at Canada Computers so...

Also just checked on a corsair water cooler I was about to buy on Newegg.ca. Same exact issue so I decided against the purchase. Had a few other items on my checklist to buy tomorrow during cyber Monday but with over $50 of owed rebate and no way to even start the process to claim it, I may be changing my picks to different brands tomorrow if this isn't resolved.

 

I like corsair products a lot so I hope this gets figured out before the big sales tomorrow. Advertising rebates and denying them to an entire country is a pretty big deal.

Calling the rebate center to ask about it, I was informed they don't accept codes in that format.

The Problem Seems to be fixed for me. I am disappointed however that I had to go through all of this. It took far too long for this to be resolved.

 

You reported it on a holiday upon which we were closed (Thanksgiving if you are in the USA). This was posted on the forum. The issue was resolved well before the close of business today, the first day we were open after the national holiday. Not sure what you mean by it taking far too long.

 

At most, you missed 2 days to mail the rebate. If you have any issues with your rebate due to this delay, we'll take care of it.
