Hi,

 

I sent my H100i to RMA and Corsair sent me a new one; but I'm having some trouble with UPS, they're saying they didn't accept the declared value (1$) and need a new invoice with the correct product value to release the package and deliver it to me.

 

I've already said that in the RMA ticket and "Ester CS" said the shipping department would contact UPS to solve the problem, but I still didn't get an answer.

 

Tracking number is 1Z966E656778874042.

Hi Dupas, I'm sorry for the delay. But it would be best to call CS by phone and they would be able to take care of this for you on the spot. You can find the number on the main website page at the top and bottom under company >contact. If you use SKYPE it's a free call from just about anywhere.

 

Or you can log back into your ticket and ask them for an update on the ticket.

Thanks for the help, peanutz94... But my English is not good enough to communicate them by phone... The last reply in my ticket was on 11/25... Asked again about the invoice on 11/27 but still didn't get an answer.
