egemen54
Hi guys. I have a problem with my 240v Power Cable. Sometimes its sizzling. I think there is a contactless. Can i replace my cable by RMA? I could not find this cable in the Part Number list on RMA. I dont want to buy it from a shop because they are all thin cables but mine AXi 1200's cable is thick. peanutz94
Yes, I did. Just request an RMA and in the comments section you can request just the cable. Although with the cable sizzling I would replace the entire PSU to be safe. I dodn't think I would take the chance of it frying other system components. I asked which one do i have to choose in Par Number List. Because i could not find just the 240v cable.
peanutz94
You dont need a part number. There is a text box in the RMA form. All you need to do is just simply state what you need. They will take it from there.

peanutz94
Choose any other part number it doesn't matter. Just be sure to let them know in the comments box exactly what you need and they will change it internally. But there is no part number for the cables.
