4-6 day shipping 8 days later still on pending

I am hoping that there is some kind of technical error with this but considering ive had £500+ orders from newegg and amazon come sometimes 2 to 3 days early im not very amused by corsair and from what im reading on the forums neither is anyone else.

 

so i would just like to know what is going on with my order because ive already been slapped round the face with £40 of tax on a mouse and keyboard and if i have to pay import tax on top of that i am not going to be happy at all as it says no were on either of the product pages that the price does not include tax. so currently this will be the first and last time i order from corsair.
