Carbide Air 540 Door Replacement

Hi everyone,

I got a new Air 540 but the door was dented on arrival. I opened a ticket (6264861) but haven't heard from anyone at Corsair customer support. It's a small dent.

 

Two questions:

1) Can I get a replacement door?

2) Can I buy another solid door to replace the windowed one. If not, when will it be available?

 

Thank you and good job on the design.

I really like the case and its form factor. It is rare to find a PC case that I fancy this much.

it takes a few days for your rma to be processed but rest assured they will.

being that the 540 is still relatively new,replacements parts are limited so there may be a chance your cover will be back ordered.

When did you open your ticket?

 

There is no need to buy a new panel. Corsair will just ship you a replacement free of charge if it was damaged during shipping.

My ticket was opened on Nov 19 2013 at 10.11 am.

 

I just wanted to buy an extra panel so I have the option to swap out the windowed one, in addition to having the dented side panel replaced under warranty.
