chiragsangani
I'm having trouble with RMA for my Corsair Vengeance K70 keyboard with Cherry MX Brown switches. My RMA number is 6265082. The part number for my keyboard is CH-9000050-NA. This number isn't in the RMA system, so I couldn't initiate an RMA. I talked to a CS rep over live chat, and he recommended that I initiate an RMA for CH-9000019-NA (which is the silver one with Cherry MX Red switches) and mention in the comments that I should be sent a CH-9000050-NA instead. I opted for express replacement. I got sent a CH-9000019-NA, which I now understand is due to the automated system. So now, I have two keyboards - one that's broken, and one that I don't want (and haven't opened yet), and a ~$100 hold on my credit card. What should I do? Thanks for the help and support. peanutz94
The best thing would be to call CS on the toll free number and talk to a live person. I'm sure they can get this straitened out for you and there wont be any chance of getting the wrong keyboard. You can find the number on the main website page at the top and bottom under Company>Contact.
