RMA stuck on status "approved"

Generally once your product arrives at the RMA hub it can take a few days for them to finish processing your RMA and get a return out to you. Once they do so, they will update your ticket with tracking information.


If it was delivered on Monday i would say in the next business day or so you should be hearing something.
