Stickmansam
Hi, I need to send in an CX600 PSU since it died (confirmed multiple times) and I have the RMA label and all that. I also live in Canada. I'm just wondering if I'll get a refund for my shipping costs and if I will have to pay any duties/taxes on the warranty replacement item? Also, is there any specific way I should package it and do I have to do any special documentation of cross-border shipping? Thanks

I'm sorry, no shipping charges to Corsair are not reimbursed. However Corsair will pay all the duties and such on the returning PSU. Nope, Just package it good so it doesn't get damaged during the ride and you should be just fine..
Stickmansam
Will the original packing + like a sheet of wrapping paper around be enough?
