vsg Posted November 18, 2013 Share Posted November 18, 2013 Hi guys, I have had another rebate marked invalid because of a "missing UPC". I read through these forums and contacted Corsair customer service who in turn gave me the contact info for the general rebate center in Texas. I called them and all they said was someone is looking into it and asked me to call back in an hour. That was 24 hours ago, I keep calling each hour but either no one picks up or I get a runaround. How do I get any help on this matter? I was unable to make a copy of the actual UPC code this time, I have never had a rebate being refused to me and so I did not imagine Corsair being the first to do this :(: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Corsair gets super busy this time of year with the holidays approaching. I have never had a rebate being refused to me and so I did not imagine Corsair being the first to do this One of the reps should be able to help you out one way or the other. Just keep in mind that the rebates go through a third party and is not part of Corsair at all. They wouldn't do that to you intentionally.
