Hi, after checking on UPS tracker I can see that my damaged equipment has Been successfully returned to yourselves, and signed for on Wednesday November 6th.

I still haven't had any update however from Corsair, telling me when I can expect to have a working PSU returned to me.


Please could someone look into this and email me with some information.

Did you open all these tickets for the same PSU?


I would suggest either calling the toll free number or the live chat when they are open. They should be able to give you an update on the spot.


You can also log back into your ticket and add a comment at any time that should draw the attention of the CS crew.
