Hello I bought yesterday 1200i power supply. The problem is that after about 20 seconds after turning off the PC power supply cooler and never under any circumstances do not include. So it should be?

I installed the Corsair Link and fan control tab is only 2 modes. 1) The default is 2) Forced% of the 40% - 100%.

At 1 - cooler always stop.

At 2 - to select the most value, depending on the load.

Features:

Corsair link version 2.4.5110

Usb dungle version 0.9

Ax 1200i version 1017

p.s. It looks like a marriage of the software.

Conducted another test. Culler does not work when out = 360 watt temp = 53.6 C in redime default mode, and with a disabled Corsair Link.

I urgently need to make a decision about returning the unit to the store. maybe it will not take back to the store without examination. In Russia there is no formal services. How to send the unit under warranty if it does not have the warranty card? There are only a check to the product name and the date of the sale last Friday. Thank you.

stasan2004 The default profile is about 40% load and roughly 49C or it could be any combination of the two. It doesn't neccessarily mean that JUST a slightly higher temp will trigger the fan. Your only a few degrees above that 49c , so i wouldn't sweat it much. At 360w your only right around 30% which I suspect is why your not seeing the fan spin.

Run Prime95 AND furmark at the same time to load the system completely. That should get the fan spinning. It should then stop again until needed.

Advice please:

1) Why is the video card cooler a lot of controls, while the cooler power supply only 2?

I tried 3 version: 2.4.5110, 2.4.5065, 2.3.4816.

2) My unit is heated to 60 degrees Celsius cooler and is not included. Where can I get the firmware for the power supply? Auto-update is not working.

There is no FW or updates for the PSU's.

Where are you seeing 60c? It's not in those screenshots.

Bottom line is your system only uses about 1/4 or so of the total capacity of a 1200w PSU. Even under full loads the fan may never spin because you just are not putting enough of a load on it. .All your voltages look perfect and as long as the system is stable there is no need to worry.
