That ticket was opened on 11/13/2013 and 3 days later I have yet to get a response. Yes, I have checked my spam folder. Can I get someone to respond to my ticket, please? peanutz94 Posted November 17, 2013 Share Posted November 17, 2013 bkdamon, Corsair is entering it's busy season with the holidays just around the corner so tickets may take slightly longer. They are answered in the order they were recieved. If you don't have an answer by the end of the day Monday, it would be best to call CS or try the live chat during normal business hours.
