Corsair M65 mouse issue, support not responding?

"We have received your request; your ticket # is 6252639. A Customer Service representative will respond within 1 business day."

 

That ticket was opened on 11/13/2013 and 3 days later I have yet to get a response. Yes, I have checked my spam folder. Can I get someone to respond to my ticket, please?

bkdamon, Corsair is entering it's busy season with the holidays just around the corner so tickets may take slightly longer. They are answered in the order they were recieved. If you don't have an answer by the end of the day Monday, it would be best to call CS or try the live chat during normal business hours.

 

Have you tried logging back into your support account to see if they responded there.
