baris
Hello 3-4 months ago i won a contest in Turkey. Corsair was one of the sponsor of this contest. Contest link http://donanimhaber.com/bilgisayarimiatesle/ I have AX760i Power Supply in this pc. Last night my pc suddenly shut down while normal using and still does not work. I check self test button on psu and i see red light. I think my psu burned. When pc shut down, my game console, my tv were working and i didnt feel any voltage problem. I know my psu has 7 years warranty. I contacted Turkish reseller, Digital Trend. And they said, "we can't replace this item because did not you buy the product from us." Now what can i do now for the replacement?
peanutz94
Hi Baris, I dont think there is any problem getting it replaced. Just use the link on the left to request an RMA. In the comments section explain this all to them and include the link to the contest as well. If you have any documentation that shows you won the PSU that would be even better. I have second question about replacement. How shipping costs work this replacement? Because in my country shipping price very high for shipping to netherlend. Do Corsair pay these shipping costs, or should i pay for it ?
peanutz94
Yes, you would be responsible for shipping to Corsair and they will pay to ship the new unit back to you.
