randallhero
I had my GS700 PSU start making the grinding fan noise that everyone else seemed to have with the 2012 models, I knew the RMA process was going to be a pain and didn't want to risk my PC being without power for the winter so I went out and bought a brand new Corsair TX750. I set up my RMA for the GS700, but I do not think that under the circumstances, especcially with a widespread problem with the faulty fans in the GS700 that I should be required to cover the shipping costs for this from NY to corsairs headquarters in CA. Bottom line is I need to attempt to resell this RMA'ed unit to even come close to recouping half of my costs of the new PSU I had to shell out for. So far I have had little assistance with customer support, and no return phone calls at this time. Please let me know if there are any other options available to me.
