RMA issues

Hey there,


I recently contacted your support team concerning my defective pump, due to the fact that the e-tailer requested it and it had (High pitch whining nose) and i didn't get a reply till recently, stating that they had sent a replacement from your NL branch.


I however, stated, i did not want an RMA, merely to confirm that the pump was indeed defective, so i could send it back to the e-tailer i got it from 1 week and 3 days ago.


I have attempted to find a Corsair contact number to try and correct this, but to no luck, i have emailed you guys several times saying to top the RMA as i am dealing with e-buyers at the moment


Any help you could provide would be appreciated
