Sealion60
Hi, I purchased a corsair case and a corsair 750 watt power supply. I purchased both of these items with the benefit of having a rebate offset the cost. I rec'd both units in the mail....and promptly filled in the rebate forms with all pertinent data including the sales receipt ( the copy of the order confirmation) that I received as an email which I sent Corsair a hard copy of). I have fulfilled my obligation for both rebates however on both claims they are stating that I did not include my receipt. When looking at the scanned documents that came to me via my email denial, the shipping confirmation is clearly part of the scanned image. Not what I bargained for in good faith. Please advise. peanutz94
Hi Bob , Corsairs rebates are actually handled by a third party company . Meaning that Corsair would have no record of what you have sent or not. From what i can see is they were asking for a sales receipt and you gave them shipping confirmation. Which doesn't necessarily prove that you purchased the items. . I'm in no way saying you didn't , just that 's how those two documents would be viewed. However , I would call CS by phone and explain this to to a live person. I'm sure they will do their best to sort this out for you. You can find the number on the main website under Company>Contact.
