HIDhunter
Hi, I've looked around and I apologise if the solution is well-known but I couldn't see it despite looking. Basically it's a K30 vs. Asus mainboard & Windows 7 64-bit. The problem is when the system restores from sleep the K30 will then have a nap that can only be cured by replugging it. Other keyboards work fine and it can happen in any port. HID service is set to automatic and USB power-saving is disabled already. I opened a ticket but I've not had any real advice other than the option of RMA'ing it. Does anyone have any advice for troubleshooting? Thanks in advance. Toasted
Have you tried a different USB port? Does it help?
HIDhunter
Yes, as I said "it can happen in any port". I've tried 6 so far which I think is a pretty decent attempt at ruling that out :) It's a pity as I've never had a single issue with PSUs or RAM from Corsair over the years. This is the first peripheral I've owned from the brand.
