Infernoni
Greetings :3. So I've been having some quality problems with my 1500s in that the right of my headset had this problem where the inside black padding stuff'' poped out '' and became wrinkled, this has not bothered me to much, however yesterday I was faced with a new problem. I was watching the Blizzcon livestream and I noticed that when I tilted my head the sound on the right ear would get lower, and just today the right side has stopped working completely, when I wiggle the wire down at the volume control the sound will play but when I let go it stops. I've only had these things for just under a year and I've requested an RMA. Do they replace headsets for this kind of problem :3, Thanks.
Toasted
Yes, Corsair will replace the headset. The wires are probably causing the issue.
Infernoni
'' Please attach your purchase invoice to this ticket, so we can validate the warranty for this item. Thank you.'' I give him my warranty sticker number because I don't have a purchase invoice :/. I knew this was going to end up happening. *Sigh* I thought they could tell what time your headset was from by looking at the model number :/
Toasted
Contact your seller and ask if they can find the purchase invoice for you or did you get the headset as a gift?
Infernoni
Indeed, it was given to me as a gift, and was paid for in a store in the UK called PCWorld. :/ This will suck if I have to pay £70 just to get new ones :/
