Dead Vengeance K95

Hi Ramguy,

I've just submitted a trouble ticket for my dead K95. Basically, I rebooted the other day, I got a message in my bios saying something like, "Over-Current with USB device, no keyboard found". So I shut down the system, plugged it into a different slot, rebooted and it was then completely dead. No LED or key response.

Anyways, my ticket # is 6237791

Is there anything that you can do to make sure I can get this processed in a timely fashion? I've dealt with Corsair support before and it was outstanding and you helped me huge.

And if there's anything more you need from me...
