Basically, I rebooted the other day, I got a message in my bios saying something like, "Over-Current with USB device, no keyboard found". So I shut down the system, plugged it into a different slot, rebooted and it was then completely dead. No LED or key response. Anyways, my ticket # is 6237791 Is there anything that you can do to make sure I can get this processed in a timely fashion?
