aznman
Hi, I just recently purchased a corsair k95 keyboard which has been great but every now and then, when I boot the computer up, the keyboard doesn't work upon boot. I would have to unplug it and replug it to fix it. Has anyone else experience this? and is this normal?
Toasted
Have you tried updating the BIOS and Chipset drivers to the latest? Does the keyboard work in the BIOS screen?
aznman
hi, it does so far. All the drivers were installed via the gigabyte website only 3 weeks ago....so I assume it is the latest ones. Athough here's an update, the backlit lights doesn't work anymore.....and I only had it for 3 weeks :S
Toasted
Have you tried pressing the brightness button next to the Windows lock key? Try the keyboard on another computer and see if the backlight works.
aznman
Yeah the brightness changes only the extra function buttons but the rest of the typing keyboard is permanently off. Just tried it with 2 other computers, no luck. Bright side is...the keys still work haha

Toasted
Sounds like the L.E.D. profiles. 3.) How do I save my LED Key pattern? To create your own custom LED light settings, press and hold the LED program button until the red ring starts blinking (about 5 seconds). Press the keys you’d like to change to turn the individual LED on or off and then press and hold the LED program button again to save those settings. 4.) How do I reset the keyboard lighting pattern to default? Hold down the LED program button for 5 seconds. Pressing the brightness button will toggle between all lights on, all lights off, and programmed backlight pattern. This allows you to either start your programming with all lights on, off, or the last custom configuration for easy setup.
