No RMA confirmation?

I was having several problems with my AX 850 Gold PSU. One of these problems was incorrect voltages. The one that bothered me the most though, was the coil whine.I made sure to put the RMA ticket on the side of the box and inside the box. I have RMA the PSU (RMA#6212227) with UPS and it was confirmed to have been received. I have not received an Email notifying me to the my products arrival nor have I received my replacement. The package said it arrived at corsair on 4th of Monday at 9:00 AM. Any help would be awesome :biggrin:

I change my ticket description to the have the tracking number. I double checked it again with UPS and it says it was delivered. I hope they didn't send it to the wrong place. Even if my RMA was returned, it would have been back to me by now. I really don't want to have to buy a new PSU.
