TheMassSnipe Posted November 8, 2013 Share Posted November 8, 2013 I was having several problems with my AX 850 Gold PSU. One of these problems was incorrect voltages. The one that bothered me the most though, was the coil whine.I made sure to put the RMA ticket on the side of the box and inside the box. I have RMA the PSU (RMA#6212227) with UPS and it was confirmed to have been received. I have not received an Email notifying me to the my products arrival nor have I received my replacement. The package said it arrived at corsair on 4th of Monday at 9:00 AM. Any help would be awesome :biggrin: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
peanutz94 Posted November 8, 2013 Share Posted November 8, 2013 It can take a few days to complete your RMA and a new unit shipped once yours hits the RMA hub. I double checked it again with UPS and it says it was delivered. I hope they didn't send it to the wrong place. Even if my RMA was returned, it would have been back to me by now.
