I added a comment to the ticket 4 days ago, but still there was no reply. If I need to ship failing DRAM units back first, then can you tell me what the RMA address will be? peanutz94 Posted November 8, 2013 Share Posted November 8, 2013 Hi wideboyyy, If you did not ask for advanced replacements then yes they would need you to send in your modules first. Then they will send out the replacements. If you did request advanced replacement modules and haven't received them yet, i would suggest calling in to CS and see if they can give you an update.
