gotit
Hi, I've just fitted the above cooler in my sons case but the tubes are only about 2mm away from the vengeance RAM heat-sinks. I was hoping the heat from the RAM couldn't melt or cause a problem with the tubes so just wanted clarification if this would be ok? Thanks. JKeifer
No worries as the memory will not be getting hot enough to do any damage to the tubing, etc. If there was no clearance between the ram and the tubing, I would be worried about chaffing and rubbing possibly causing a leak but, since there is a 2mm clearance, this isn't an issue with your installation.
