I wanted to ask my delivery service UPS but why on tracking number they tell me that the data on metonahozhdenii shipping is not available? peanutz94 Posted November 7, 2013 Share Posted November 7, 2013 Thats what i thought. Give it a day or so before you get too concerned. Generally the tracking number and shipping label is generated once your RMA is packaged and ready to leave Corsairs hub. It wont be trackable until UPS actually receives the package and it's entered in to their system, then you should be able to track it. You can call CS by phone and they would also be able to tell you exactly where it's at if you don't want to give it a day or so. Alternately, you can log back into your ticket and ask them about it there too. And, in the mean time ,you can post your ticket number here and one of the other Corsair employees here in the forums may even get to it before CS does. Let us know how you make out please. Or log back in to your ticket and ask for an update. And please post your case number here too. We can't check on your case without a number. wytnyt Posted November 10, 2013 Share Posted November 10, 2013 there has been a couple times when ordering from corsair,the item would arrive before the tracking actually shows activity. this has happened to me on a few online orders from other retailers . i think it has to do with where you live in relation to where the item was shipped from...
