Kabukis
Hey, I bought a new PC, by parts, and form the first day sometimes, randomly, I can not turn on my PC just because it gains no power from the PSU, it happens with no reason at all, sometimes once a day, sometimes once a month. Once it just turned off my PC, it just said Windows are shutting down, as Windows tried to close background programs I pressed "cancel" and it stopped but after 5 mins or so, it turned off nicely. When I can't turn on my PC the best solution o far was just to leave PC for about 5-10 mins and PSU works again. I am sure it is a PSU problem because I tried changing the power supply cable, and even checked if PSU is giving any voltage, when I can't turn on my PC.
