gbellini
Hello, I live in Brazil and recently I got a Corsair Gs 700 Bronze - 2013 edition. 've Researched this site and found many people with the same problem. What happens is this: when I'm playing or the computer is turned on for a long period, the fan of the psu is turning on and off every 4-5 seconds at all times. This is normal? The noise is very annoying. 've Ran prime95 and furmak at the same time and fan continues to turn on and off. I did a test with a clip, linking it to the black wire and green, and the fan does not spin when I do this. Already turned the psu fan up, but the noise continued. The psu is not hot. My pc: Core i5 4430 Asus B85M-E 8Gb DDR3 Zotac GTX 660 2 Gb Hd 1Tb and WD 250Gb 3 120mm fan multilaser Sorry for my bad English. Thank you and I look forward,

Sounds like the fan controller is faulty.I would go ahead and get it replaced. Please use the link on the left to request an RMA
gbellini
Thank you friend. I went back to the store where I bought the computer and swapped the gs700 by a xfx850w pro. Thanks for the fast response.
