Problem with delivery

Hi there, Sent my 4 x 2BG stick off to Corsair in netherlands last week for RMA after Memtest86 showed problems, i got it sent tracked and apparently you have to collect or arrange collection as no one was able to take package in on day of delivery ???


Any help would be great

I've forwarded your ticket to customer service. I've never seen that message before, but if they're like shipping companies in the USA, they'll try to deliver it again during the week.


I hope so as i payed for insurance + tracking to make sure it got there safe.
