andyvee
For now I've stuck with my 800d , both the 750d / 540 seem to lack the quality feel and features of the 800d even if in some respects they are technically better .
Corsair Employees Corsair Dustin Posted November 4, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 4, 2013 Obviously I'm going to be a little biased, but I personally adore the Air 540. My home machine is built in the 540 and with LED lighting it's gorgeous without being ostentatious. I'd go with the 540, you won't be disappointed. GamerGirlAlice
sounds like both are good options but with my 800d having a shorted out system it seams questionable if case is any good.
Administrators Technobeard Posted November 5, 2013 Administrators Share Posted November 5, 2013 If the 800D is still in warranty we can replace the I/O panel under the warranty. If it isn't, it can be purchased as a spare part on our site: http://www.corsair.com/obsidian-series-800d-700d-front-panel-usb-3-0-upgrade-kit.html

Changing the front I/O panel is really simple , 10 minutes max as from memory its only 2 screws and pull all the cables through .

andyvee
Power switch is part of the I/O panel unless you mean you've broke the plastic tabs on the button in which case you'll also need a complete front panel
