Corsair Force 3 120 GB Issues

Since yesterday my Corsair Force 3 120GB is playing with me. It randomly disappear when rebooting/power up my PC, and OS cant be load as this is my boot drive. When Im lucky and system loads up everything seems to be fine. When the disk is not detected in the bios and I load OS from different drive, its contents is accessible and the drive seems to be fine. Also SMART status error appears from time to time when power up/reset PC.

So Ive downloaded Corsair SSD Toolbox. Drive had 5.03 firmware, so Ive updated it to the newest 5.07. SMART status in software seems to be fine on all drives connected to the PC. TRIM from Optimize section does not working with message "TRIM of Corsair Force 3 SSD failed. Error: Not Supported". TRIM is on as Ive got DisableDeleteNotify = 0 response from fsutil command, controller is in AHCI.

Full info from SSD Toolbox:

ATA Version: ACS-2 revision 3 (ATA8-ACS)

Features: LBA, DMA, TRIM, SMART, Security, NCQ, APM

Total Host Reads: 9 TB

Total Host Writes 4.9 TB

As Ive got 2nd disk of the same type Ive installed it next to the problematic one. It was detected all the time by the BIOS so Im assuming that this is a disk problem. The disk is little over 2 years old, so still under warranty

Motherboard is ASUS Maximus Gene VI, BIOS 0903

my reason for jumping right to an RMA is

As Ive got 2nd disk of the same type Ive installed it next to the problematic one. It was detected all the time by the BIOS so Im assuming that this is a disk problem.

did you try the troublesome disk on the same port and cable as the one that is detected? i kinda assumed you would have tried other ports/cables by now so if the issue follows the drive and not the port/cable that points back to the drive.
