jacksonn24 Posted November 3, 2013 Share Posted November 3, 2013 okay i have CDM16GX3M4A2666C10 i only have 2 of the 4 sticks left and bought off newegg and have the recipt or purchase history from newegg...can i still rma these with out all 4 sticks and i see that they are no longer in stock so if the rma is approved what would i get in return...the sticks will not clock over 1333 and xmp will not work. when i got them i could run them 2800 cas 10 but now xmp wont even work.i have dominator gt 2133 and the xmp works so i know its not the motherboard or cpu. As far as what you would get in return would be up to you and CS to work out. In a normal situation they would offer you something suitably close to what you have.. I've never seen that question posed before. You can also try the live chat or calling in to CS and see what they have to say. I've sent a message for you to try and draw some more attention to this. Lets see what they suggest first. The two sticks you have remaining are still covered by the lifetime warranty, and can be replaced, but that doesn't cover the two lost sticks.
