rma Posted November 1, 2013 Share Posted November 1, 2013 I have a rma request (Your RMA# is 6184834) and have a few questions before i send it of I have asked twice to support but they send me double emails about replying in 1 business day but never do.:mad: 1. Do i have to send the brackets along with the ssd 1. Do i need original packaging as that is either thrown out or somewhere in the back garden. 3. Is my item still under warranty, i put my information in there but it didn't ask for serial code to confirm the item. But here it says SSD's have 3 years http://www.corsair.com/en/support/warranty/ Can you confirm this is still covered as i don't want to waste time sending if it isn't. I believe it has just been over 3 years but im sure it had a lifetime warrenty when i bought it. Part number CSSD-F120GB3-BK SERIAL: 114401006 ******** 3. If successfully tested and confirm there is a problem, will i get a brand new ssd or a used refurbished one? 4. will i be charge postage to receive the new one? 5. will there be warranty on the replacement drive. I made my rma a few days back but as i havnt had any questions answered i have yet to send it off.
