Are Dominator Platinum kits more reliable/robust than Vengeance kits? I've had one stick in two Vengeance kits go bad on me.

One more question. The 32 GB kit linked in my original post says the kit is 1.5 volts but on Newegg it says it is 1.65 volts and so the reviewers in the comments section. The 16 GB kit of the exact type says it is 1.5 volts on Amazon and also on Newegg.
