BugsIRE
Hi guys. My Corsair K95 is going nuts! If I turn my PC on or even restart it, the driver will not be recognized. I then need to swap the USB connection to several ports before it is finally recognized (despite the software being installed already) and even then, some keys don't seem to work when she is recognized (for example, my 'b' button doesn't function all of a sudden) This is beyond frustrating for such an expensive keyboard. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 1, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 1, 2013 Hello BugsIRE, Try updating both your USB drivers and the firmware on the unit to see if it will fix the problem.
BugsIRE
I tried the above suggestion and still the error occurs. Right now I'm typing with the keyboard with zero problems. However, on reboot, the keyboard will not be recognized and will take several USB port swaps to finally be recognized. Even after recognition, the keyboard will often display some strange behavior i.e. only vowel (aeiou) keys will work, and they'll all be 'foreign' letters, i.e. áéíóú
Toasted
Does the keyboard work fine when plugged into another computer or does it still do the same thing?
BugsIRE
Does the keyboard work fine when plugged into another computer or does it still do the same thing? Same issue occurs. I've tried it on my PC (built by myself) and my Dad's HP Laptop.
